Getting Started With CentraPac

Whether you’re launching a new product or exploring manufacturing partners, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent. This section answers common questions from startups, growing brands, and national companies getting started with CentraPac.

CentraPac specializes in the formulation, blending, filling, and packaging of liquid, gel, lotion, and powder-based products. These include cosmetics, cleaning solutions, automotive fluids, pet products, and more. If your product flows, foams, or dissolves — we can likely help you manufacture it.

You don’t need a finished formula to start. Our team can support you whether you’re coming in with a concept, an existing SKU, or something in between. We offer turnkey services, including formulation support, sourcing, and scaling your product for manufacturing.

We serve both. CentraPac works with startups launching their first product, emerging private-label brands, and established national companies scaling production. If your product aligns with our capabilities, we’ll help you find a solution that fits your stage and goals.

Our MOQs vary based on your product’s complexity, ingredients, and packaging requirements. We’re flexible, especially with pilot runs or initial launches, and will work with you to determine a minimum that aligns with your needs and our capacity.

Logistics, Lead Times & Fulfillment

Speed and efficiency matter. Our central location, streamlined workflows, and flexible shipping options help you move product faster. Learn more about lead times, shipping options, and how we support your supply chain.

Lead times vary by product complexity, materials sourcing, and volume. For most runs, lead times range from 4 to 8 weeks after final approval and materials receipt. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that meets your timeline.

While we are not a third-party logistics provider (3PL), we do offer short-term warehousing, staging, and palletization as part of our production process. We can coordinate with your logistics partner or ship to multiple destinations as needed.

We’re flexible. Many of our clients use their preferred carriers, and we’ll work directly with your team to meet pickup requirements. If needed, we can also help coordinate freight quotes and outbound shipments.

CentraPac is strategically located in St. Louis, Missouri, a major Midwestern logistics hub with access to national highways, railways, and the Mississippi River. This helps us reduce shipping costs, speed up delivery, and better serve clients across the U.S.

Yes. You or your logistics partner can schedule a pickup directly from our St. Louis facility. We’ll ensure your order is palletized and ready for secure transport.

Yes. Every production run includes lot tracking, batch records, and traceability documentation. We maintain rigorous records to ensure quality, accountability, and compliance with your industry standards.

CentraPac follows GMP-aligned practices and adheres to regulatory requirements for all products we produce. We tailor our quality controls to meet the specific needs of your industry — whether it’s cosmetics, cleaning products, or supplements.

Our facility is built around Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance protocols, with clean, climate-controlled production zones and hygiene procedures that support regulated products. We can meet the cleanliness and traceability expectations of most industries.

Yes. We welcome qualified partners to schedule a facility tour or arrange an audit. Transparency and trust are important to us, and we’re happy to show how we operate.

Our QA team documents every step of production and performs in-process checks. If a nonconformance is found, we immediately isolate the batch, identify the root cause, and work with you to determine next steps — whether that’s rework, retesting, or other resolution.
